Nectarines in White Zinfandel with Ice Cream

Ingredients

Procedures

  1. Combine nectarines and sugar in a bowl.
  2. Let stand 30 minutes for sugar to dissolve.
  3. Add zinfandel, cover and refrigerate 4 hours.
  4. Drain liquid into a saucepan, cook 15 minutes or until reduced and consistency of maple syrup.
  5. Refrigerate.
  6. To serve, spoon nectarines and syrup on serving plates.
  7. Top with ice cream.
