  1. Brown in 2T oil curry,Cayenne,Onion,coconut and cloves garlic
  2. Add Beef, cut into chunks
  3. Add tomato paste,tomatoes,juice lime and salt
  4. Cover with water and simmer for 2 to 3 hours
