Melanie's Avocado Veggie Sandwich
Description
This sandwich is not only light and healthy, it's simple to make and absolutely delicious!
Ingredients
- 2 slices of sourdough bread
- ½ of a Genuine California Hass avocado
- cucumber slices
- red onion slices
- Regular cream cheese
Procedures
Smear some cream cheese on both sides of the fresh sourdough slices
Scoop out avocado and spoon on top of one side
Add a layer of sliced cucumber slices
Add slivered red onion
Top with other slice of bread, eat and enjoy
- some enjoy adding tomatoes and/or brussel sprouts too!
