  1. Beat the sugar with the yolks, add flour, mix well, then add the fruits and [[almond.
  2. Sliced almonds|sliced almonds]], vanilla and orange peel; at the end add the whipped egg whites.
  3. Fold them in gently and pour everything in a buttered rectangular pan covered with paper.
  4. Bake at medium heat.
  5. When cold, cut into the desired shape.
