  1. Bring oil to a boil and the fry one large Onion. Toss in pumpkin or Squash and cook until soft. Add one small can of tomato paste, any meat if desired, a few Chicken bullion cubes, salt, and one teaspoon of hot pepper.
  2. Cover with water and boil it to death.
  3. The soup is finished when is reaches a desired thickness
  4. Serve over rice
