  • Yields: about 3 dozen meat balls

Procedures[edit]

  1. Mix the sauce ingredients together in bowl and set aside.
  2. Mix the meat ball ingredients and shape into ¾ inch balls.
  3. Melt butter or margarine in a skillet and brown evenly
  4. Once the meat balls are browned, drain the excess grease and pour the sauce over meat balls and cover.
  5. Cook 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  6. Keep hot until ready to serve.
