Hogan's Sea Island Special

Ingredients
- 4 oz English gin
- 4 oz white rum
- 4 oz tequila
- 4 oz lime juice
- 4 oz simple syrup

Procedures
Simple syrup
- Combine 1 cup sugar and 1 cup water in a pan.
- Stir over medium heat 1 minute.
- Store syrup in refrigerator.
- Use as needed. (Makes 1½ cups)
Sea island special
- Mix gin, rum, tequila, lime juice and simple syrup.
- Pour mixture over crushed ice and garnish with fresh lime slices.
- To frappe: chill spirits in freezer 2 hours before placing all ingredients in blender.
