Herbed Catfish Fillets

  • Yield: 4 Servings



  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. Combine first 9 ingredients.
  3. Coat fish with cooking spray; dredge in breadcrumb mixture.
  4. Place fish on rack of a broiler pan coated with cooking spray.
  5. Bake at 400°F for 20 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork.
  6. Serve immediately.
