Potato fritters



  1. Wash, peel and coarsely grate the potatoes.
  2. Put them in a cloth and press them.
  3. Chop the parsley, shallots, and onions, and mix them in.
  4. Add the beaten eggs.
  5. Salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Prepare with the flour.
  7. Heat the oil in a pan until very hot.
  8. Form flat cakes out of the potato mixture and fry them in the oil until golden brown on both sides.
