  1. Season mushrooms with salt, white pepper and olive oil to taste.
  2. Grill over high heat for 4 minutes or until soft.
  3. Let cool.

Marinade[edit]

  1. In shallow platter, mix together marinade ingredients.
  2. Add mushroom slices.
  3. Marinate at least one hour.
  4. Serve chilled.
