Chickpeas and linguiça

  1. Wash the peas and soak overnight in cold water enough to cover the peas.
  2. Drain the peas and pour them in a pan, cover with water, add the linguiça along with the rest of the ingredients.
  3. Bring all of this to a boil, reduce to low heat and cook for 3 hours.
