Beef Curry - Makes 6 servings.



  1. Cut steak into 1-inch pieces.
  2. Heat oil in large skillet.
  3. Add meat and cook over high heat until brown.
  4. Lower heat; add onion, celery and green peppers; continue cooking until vegetables are tender crisp.
  5. Blend flour, curry powder, salt, ginger, turmeric, paprika and black pepper; sprinkle over meat and vegetables.
  6. Stir well.
  7. Add raisins and broth.
  8. Bring to a boil; reduce heat, cover, and simmer 1 hour, or until meat is tender.
  9. Adjust seasonings, if necessary.
  10. Just before serving stir in yogurt.
  11. Serve over beds of fluffy rice.
