Makes 8 servings.



  1. Combine rice, celery, green onions and radishes.
  2. Blend mayonnaise, sour cream, vinegar, mustard and dill weed.
  3. Add to rice mixture; toss lightly.
  4. Serve on lettuce leaves and garnish with cherry tomatoes, if desired.
