A snack made of left over meats, bread and seasoning. Cheap to make. It is nowadays available through the "snack bars" of The Netherlands and is considered to be a great snack.



  1. Grind the meat and let the bread soak in water.
  2. Drain and squeeze the bread, crumble it and mix it with the herbs, the salt and the finely chopped Onion.
  3. Mix with the meat, add the lard.
  4. Form rolls of the meat and fry them in butter.
