  1. Brown ground beef, stir in garlic, onion and mushroom; saute slightly.
  2. Fold in chop suey vegetables and green onions.
  3. Add seasonings and cook for about 2 minutes.
  4. Drain and cool.
  5. To make lumpia: place 2 tbsp filling on a lumpia wrapper.
  6. Fold neatly like an envelope.
  7. Moisten with beaten egg to seal corners and top.
  8. Deep fry lumpia until golden brown.
  9. Serve with dipping sauce.
