  1. Crumble oregano and marjoram into wine and soy sauce.
  2. Add pepper.
  3. Place meat in a plastic bag, pour marinade over, and seal bag.
  4. Chill 12 to 18 hours.
  5. Baste meat with marinade while cooking.
