Easy Cassoulet

An easy Crock Pot cassoulet, with chicken and Great Northern beans.



  1. Heat olive oil in large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add onion to hot oil; cook and stir until onion is tender, about 4 minutes.
  3. Stir in chicken, sausage, garlic, thyme, and pepper.
  4. Cook 5 to 8 minutes, or until chicken and sausage are browned.
