  1. Cook rice in a pressure pan with enough water, till soft.
  2. Drain and mash.
  3. Heat milk to a thick and creamy consistency.
  4. Add condensed milk, mashed rice, sugar, almond powder, cardamom powder and saffron.
  5. Cook till creamy.
  6. Serve hot with puris.
