Donna's Beer Muffins

Makes 9 large muffins



  1. Preheat oven to 350°F, prepare pans.
  2. Measure dry ingredients into bowl and pour beer over, stirring to blend.
  3. Spoon into pans and brush tops with butter.
  4. Bake for 15 – 20 minutes.
  5. Serve hot, a little grated cheddar cheese may be sprinkled on top before baking if desired.
