Cornbread Dressing
Ingredients
- 3 cups crumbled cornbread
- 1 cup bread crumbs
- 2 cup fat-free chicken broth
- 1 cup celery, finely chopped
- ¾ cup onion, finely chopped
- 2 egg whites
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp pepper
- ½ tsp poultry seasoning, (or sage)
Procedures
- Combine all ingredients in mixing bowl; mix well.
- Turn into nonstick baking dish.
- Bake at 350°F for 45 minutes.
- Or until light brown and "set".
