Procedures[edit]

  1. Combine the cornmeal, salt, baking soda and baking powder in a bowl.
  2. Mix well.
  3. Add the wet ingredients, mix again.
  4. Pour into a lightly oiled 8-inch-square baking pan.
  5. Bake in a 400°F oven for 20 to 25 minutes.
