Chili Franks and Rice

Makes 6 servings.



  1. Combine Onion and frankfurters in 10-inch skillet. Cook over medium heat, stirring, for 3 to 4 minutes.
  2. Add chili, beans, chili powder, salt, mustard and pepper sauce.
  3. Cook, covered, 5 minutes longer or until bubbly hot. Stir in sour cream.
  4. Serve over beds of fluffy rice.
