Cauliflower and Egg

This vegetarian recipe can be served as a side dish or as light snack with bread.



Sprig Cauliflower. Wash and soak in water. Drain. Slice Onion. In a pan, heat oil and fry Onion until it turns transparent. Add Cauliflower and soy sauce and toss. Add 1 tablespoon hot water. Cover pan. Over high heat, cook for 2–3 minutes or until Cauliflower is tender. Add lightly beaten eggs and 1 tablespoon water. Stir. Add salt as desired. When eggs set, turn off heat and serve.
