Carrot Fluff

  1. Preheat oven to 375 °F
  2. Combine cake meal and salt.
  3. In large bowl combine carrots, sugar, margarine, and yolks
  4. Mix well
  5. Make a well in center and add dry ingredients stir until well blended
  6. Beat egg white until stiff, but not dry
  7. Fold into carrots
  8. Lightly spoon into greased baking dish bake for 45 minutes.
