  1. Cook cabbage, celery, garlic, and onions in a large soup pot on low for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  2. Add dry soup mix, juice, and water.
  3. Cover and cook about 2 hours.
  4. Season to taste with salt, pepper, and hot sauce.
