Brussels Sprouts with Butter

  1. Choose small sprouts, remove yellow leaves, wash well and set to boil in salted water, at high temperature, for about 20 minutes.
  2. Drain well. Place the butter in a pan and fry the bread crumbs until golden brown.
  3. Add the sprouts and keep on heat for a few minutes longer, shaking the pan until the sprouts are well mixed with the fried bread crumbs. Add salt.
