Mustard-dill sauce[edit]

Procedures[edit]

  1. Sprinkle catfish with garlic salt and lemon pepper.
  2. Preheat broiler.
  3. Place on the greased rack of an unheated broiler pan.
  4. Tuck under any thin edges.
  5. Broil 3 inches from the heat for 4 to 6 minutes or until flakes easily with a fork.

Mustard-dill sauce[edit]

  1. Melt butter or margarine in a small saucepan. Stir in flour.
  2. Add milk all at once.
  3. Cook and stir until thickened and bubbly.
  4. Cook and stir one minute more.
  5. Stir in parsley, dill, mustard, and salt.
  6. Makes about 1½ cups sauce.
