Bestemor's Norwegian Pancakes

Ingredients

• 2 eggs
• 2 cups milk
• 2 tablespoons melted butter
• 1 cup flour

Procedures

• Beat eggs.
• Add milk and melted buuter and mix .
• Slowly mix in flour.
• Add batter to form a layer on pan.
• Flip pancake over and cook.
• Spread butter on pancake and spread maple syrup.
