Beef and Vegetable Medley

  1. Partially freeze Steak; slice across the grain into 1/8-inch strips.
  2. Season Beef with salt and black pepper. Heat oil in large skillet over medium-high heat until hot.
  3. Brown meat quickly in oil. Add red pepper, Mushrooms, zucchini, yellow squash, onions, garlic, rosemary and thyme; stir-fry 3 to 4 minutes or until vegetables are tender crisp.
  4. Stir in rice; heat thoroughly.
