Barbecue Rice Platter

Serve with barbecued chicken breast, sliced pork or beef. Makes 4 servings.



  1. Heat oil in large skillet over medium-high heat. Add onion; cook 2 to 3 minutes or until translucent.
  2. Add rice, barbecue sauce, green onion tops, cilantro, garlic powder and liquid smoke.
  3. Cook until thoroughly heated.
