Banana Crunch French Toast

For Joyce Porter, my special friend



  1. Lightly beat eggs in a shallow dish or pie pan.
  2. Whisk in cinnamon and vanilla extract.
  3. Dip slices of bread into the egg mixture, coating both sides.
  4. Pour a generous amount of Honey Bunches of Oats™ cereal into another pie pan or shallow dish.
  5. Press slices of bread into the cereal on both sides so that cereal sticks.
  6. Cook bread slices in a hot skillet with a little canola oil until golden.
  7. Garnish with banana slices and whipped cream.
  8. Enjoy.
