Baked Nuts

Ingredients

Procedures

  1. Add sugar and salt to egg whites.
  2. Beat till stiff peaks form and very stiff and thick.
  3. Fold nuts into meringue.
  4. Melt butter in a pan.
  5. Stir nut mixture into melted butter.
  6. Bake for at least 30 minutes.
  7. Stir every 10 minutes during baking.
  8. Remove from pan immediately.
