Apple Cider Vinaigrette

1 1/2 cups vegetable oil 2/3 cup cider vinegar 2/3 cup firmly packed light brown sugar 2 t. celery salt 1 1/2 t. dry mustard 3 T. coarsely chopped onion

Process all ingredients in a blender or food processor until smooth. Package vinaigrette in an airtight container and chill. Makes about 2 cups vinaigrette. Procedures for gift card, if giving as a gift: Store in refrigerator up to 1 week. Stir dressing well before drizzling desired amount over fresh fruit or spinach salad. Source: Unknown
