# Mix the flour and the egg white until well beaten ( they are well beaten when you turn the bowl upside down and it doesn't fall). When mixing the egg whites do not use the mixer. l

# Let cook for almost 30 minutes in a cake tin without hole covered with greaseproof paper at medium temp.
