- (15 ounces) can white beans1 unitdivided

- diced roasted red peppers¼ cup

- vegetable broth or chicken broth1 cup
- dry sherry1 tablespoon
- Braggs liquid aminos or 1 teaspoon soy sauce2 teaspoons
- fish sauce (optional if you don't have it1 teaspoonbut it adds nice flavor)
