  • chickpeas
    250 g
  • Dijon mustard
    2 teaspoons
  • Pepper and salt
    1 unit

Method

Strain chick peas and dry with a towel.

Heat 2 tablespoons oil in large skillet

Sauté peas until slightly colored, about 6 minutes.

Add 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard and stir(optional)
