    rinsed and drained

  • tbs salt

  • tbs freshly ground black pepper
    1 unit
  • tbs chile oil
    1 1/2 unit
  • tbs vegetable oil
    1/2 unit
  • rice vinegar
    2 tsp
  • soy sauce
    1 1/2 tsp
  • Thai bird chile
    minced

Method

Heat oils in a large skillet over medium high heat. Add all ingredients and toss; cook just until heated through.
