This is a nice cool and delicious salad and easy to make.

Ingredients

  • ripe Genuine California avocados – chopped medium to small pieces
    3 unit
  • chopped medium sized ripe tomatoes
    3 unit
  • cucumber – chopped
    1 large
  • finely chopped fresh cilantro
    2 Tbsp
  • fresh uncooked finely chopped Anaheim pepper
    1 to 2 tablespoons
  • fresh uncooked finely chopped jalapeno pepper
    1 to 2 tablespoons
  • finely chopped scallions
    2 unit
  • of white wine vinegar
    1 Tbsp
  • of fresh lemon juice
    1 to 2 tablespoons
  • salt and pepper to taste

  • Ganish with Spanish paprika
    1 unit
  • OPTIONAL: If creamy dressing desired
    add one tablespoon of Wildwood garlic Aoli
    1 unit
