  • bananas peeled and sliced

  • blueberries
    1 unit
  • pineapple
    cut into bite size pieces
    1 unit
  • blackberries
    1 unit
  • raspberries
    1 unit
  • mango
    peeled and cubed
    1 unit
  • strawberries
    stems removed and berries halved
    1 unit
  • kiwi
    peeled, sliced
    1 unit
  • oranges
    peeled and cut into bite sizes
    1 unit
  • fresh lime juice
    1/3 cup
  • honey
    1 1/2 tbsp
  • ground ginger or minced fresh ginger
    3/4 tsp

Method

Combine fruits in large serving bowl.

Make dressing by combining the lime juice, honey and ginger.
