Ingredients
- English-cut beef shortribs12 unit
- soy sauce1/3 cup
- scallions4 unit
- garlic6 clovessmashed and minced
- tbs toasted sesame oil1 1/2 unit
- tbs minced ginger2 unit
- canola oil1/4 cup
- Thai bird chiles4 unitstemmed
Method

Combine all ingredients except meat in your blender until smooth. Pour into a gallon size zip-top bag and add shortribs. Toss to coat and refrigerate overnight. This will not tenderize it, however.

Preheat grill to 225-300 degrees F. Add shortribs and cover. Cook 5 hours or until meat falls right off the bone and is extremely tender. Serve immediately.
