Cucumber Sprout Sandwich

Ingredients
- whole wheat bread2 slices
- tbs. cream cheese2 unitsoftened
- peeled cucumber6 slices
- tbs. alfalfa sprouts2 unit
- olive oil1 tsp
- red wine vinegar1 tsp
- tomato1 unitsliced
- romaine (cos) lettuce leaf1 unit
- tbs. pepperoncini2 unitsliced
- avocado1/2 unitpeeled and mashed
- salt and pepper to taste1 unit
Method

Spread 1 tablespoon cream cheese on each slice of bread.

Arrange cucumber slices in a single layer on one slice of bread.

Cover same slice of bread with alfalfa sprouts, sprinkle with oil and vinegar.

Layer same slice of bread with tomato slices, lettuce, and pepperoncini.

Spread mashed avocado on other slice of bread.

Add salt and pepper to taste
