Ingredients
- butter or margarine2 tablespoon
- chopped onion1 cup
- chopped celery½ cup
- diced1½ cupspared potatoes (cut in ½-inch cubes)
- corn. fresh or frozen2 cups
- water1½ cups
- chicken bouillon cubes2 unit
- thyme¼ teaspoon
- milk1 cup
- light cream1 cup
- Salt and pepper to taste1 unit
Method

In a medium saucepan, melt butter; add onion and celery and cook until tender.

Add potatoes, corn, salt, pepper, water, bouillon cubes, and thyme.

Cover and simmer for 15 minutes, or until potatoes and corn are tender.

Add milk and cream.

Heat through.
