• Phyllo dough – thawed

• unsalted butter – melted
  1¼ lbs
• Tall large pot for making syrup
  1 unit
• Candy thermometer
  1 unit
• Baking pan about the size of the Phyllo sheets
  1 unit
• inch paintbrush for applying melted butter
  2-3 unit
