Ingredients
- cooked sticky rice2 cups
- eggs2 unitbeaten
- granulated sugar1/2 cup
- Flour1 unit
- vegetable oil2 1/2 quarts
Method

Combine rice, eggs, and sugar. Form into 3-inch balls. Dredge in flour and set aside 2-3 minutes.

Heat oil to 375 degrees F. Add rice, and working in batches, cook until golden brown and heated through. Drain on a cooling rack set in a sheet pan. Dust with powdered sugar, if desired before serving.
