  • Italian herbs

  • balsamic vinegar
    1 unit
  • olive oil
    1 tsp
  • onion
    chopped fine
    1 unit
  • garlic cloves peeled and squinched up into little pieces

  • package of mushrooms sliced
    1 large
  • or so fat-free parmesan cheese
    ½ cup
  • spoonsful of fat-free mayo and fat-free sour cream
