Ingredients

  • anchovies
    6 unit
  • capers
    rinsed and drained
    1 tablespoon
  • (240ml) pitted black olives
    1 cup
  • Extra virgin olive oil
    1 unit

Method

Blend the anchovies, capers and olives.

For this a blender is better than the traditional mortar and pestle.
