• lump crab meat

  picked over to remove shells
  ½ lbs
• sour cream
  2 tbsp
• chopped fresh dill
  1 tsp
• salt

  to taste
  1 unit
• hot pepper] flakes

  to taste
  1 unit
• x 10-inch flour tortillas at room temperature
  6 unit
• grated Monterey jack cheese
  ¾ cup
