- cooked crab meat1 cupavoid using canned if possible, but if canned is used, make sure all juice is drained

- grated gruyère cheese1 cup
- fontina cheese1 cup
- finely chopped white onions½ cup
- of tomatoes5 slicesvine ripened, no need to peel
- pepper to taste1 unitwhite or black
- ready to use spinach coarsely chopped1 cupuse fresh not frozen. If fresh is not available you may substitute frozen, make sure frozen spinach is well thawed and all water is squeezed out
- eggs well beaten4 unit
