- margarine6 Tbsp
- flour1/2 cup
- chicken soup broth4 cups
- mayonnaise1/2 cup
- onions chopped2 large
- salt and pepper1 unit
- Paprika1 unit

Thinly slice the potatoes

In a saucepan melt 6 Tbsp margarine

add the flour, chicken soup broth, salt, pepper, mayonnaise, and onion. Simmer till thickened.

In a pan, layer potatoes slices and the sauce (like a lasagna) top with paprika.

Bake in an over for 1.5 hour uncovered
