- pasturized lump crab meat2 cups
- freshly squeezed lemon juice1/4 cup
- extra virgin olive oil1/4 cup
- tbs cayenne pepper1 unit
- arugula lettuce1 cup
- tbs flat-leaf parsley2 unit
- fresh dill10 sprigs
Method

Pureé lemon, oil, pepper, and herbs in a blender or food processor until smooth. Add crab and arugula and toss to coat. Chill, if desired, before serving.
